This offer seems to be from a woman. Make sure to get all the facts around this situation before jumping in with both feet.
If it looks too good it usually is.
She seems to have a personal agenda for giving you or offering you this great opportunity,
It could be a new contract such as a job or a committment from a woman to perhaps help you out!!
This could possibly be something that you have been looking for, but it wont turn out as you had hoped in the end, so just be aware.
