Step back and Let it Go!!
It would probably be best to not even think about it for a little while.
Resist the urge to challenge those that do not agree with you. The key to a successful resolution is likely to arise from meditation or the unexpected epiphanies that come while on a quiet walk.
If your not getting enough sleep because of worrying about a situation now is the time to let it go and recharge your energies. Your no help to anyone or even your own situation if your drained.
So take time out and do something that you love that will relax you.
